Terms & Conditions – GurgaonFlat

1. Platform Role & Marketplace Nature

GurgaonFlat operates as an online marketplace connecting property owners, developers, authorized brokers, and vendors with potential buyers and tenants interested in residential properties in Gurugram (Gurgaon).

• We provide a platform for listing, browsing, and connecting over residential flats, apartments, and builder floors.
• All direct transactions, sale deeds, lease agreements, and monetary transfers occur directly between the buyer/tenant and the respective property owner or authorized vendor.

2. Vendor & Owner Listing Obligations

• Property owners and listing vendors warrant that all listing details, pricing, floor plans, and photographs represent genuine, available residential properties.
• Vendors must hold lawful rights, authorization, or ownership for any property listed on GurgaonFlat.
• Misleading pricing, duplicate spam listings, or expired property listings may be modified or removed by platform administrators at their sole discretion.
• Vendors agree to receive phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries from genuine buyers and site visitors through the contact information provided.

3. Account Registration & Security

• Users must provide accurate, verified information (including a valid 10-digit mobile number) upon registration.
• Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and passwords.
• Our password security standards require strong, multi-factor credential complexity (minimum 8 characters, uppercase, lowercase, numeric, and symbol).

4. Site Visits & Buyer Inquiries

• Site visit requests submitted through GurgaonFlat are coordinated directly with the respective property owners or designated relationship managers.
• Buyers and tenants are strongly advised to inspect properties personally and verify physical documentation and title deeds before entering into any binding transactions.

5. Limitation of Liability

While GurgaonFlat performs continuous quality checks, we do not warrant that all vendor-submitted information is error-free or complete. GurgaonFlat shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from off-platform real estate transactions, misrepresentations by independent owners, or third-party disputes.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising from the use of GurgaonFlat shall be governed by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana.
